Refund policy

As our Coats are carefully crafted and made to order, Léaina Mane cannot provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes. Your Return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s. 

You have 14 days to return your order from delivery date. All store credits are issued in AUD and Léaina Mane is not responsible for return shipping costs. 

CONDITION OF RETURN 

All garments must be returned:

• Unworn and unwashed 
• With all original tags still attached 
• In all correct and original packaging 
• No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder. 

If the above returned standards are not met you will not qualify for a store credit under any circumstances. 

PayPal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with PayPal still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.
